銀河光電本著“不投入hs、不制造hs、不流出hs”的環境理念，全面開展“綠色采購”活動。并委托sgs公司對銀河產品做了rohs（6項）、鹵素（4項）、pfos/pfoa、reach-svhc（38項）、16p（16項）等有害物質的檢測，全部達標。
銀河光電從來重視員工素質及教育。現場作業員工要求至少高中學歷，管理人員要求至少大專學歷。重視員工入職后的三級教育培訓，定期舉辦5s·三定、目視化以及qc7手法教育，以持續提高員工的品質意識和技能。為培養銀河光電的企業dna，特編制了《員工素質教育》、《班長培訓教材》、《改善的要點及思維方式》、《品質概論》、《數據收集方法·匯總方法》、《qc7種工具》、《問題解決的步驟》等系列銀河dna教材，定期對員工進行教育培訓。
