1）導言introduction 

1.1  電源概況power supply overview 

本產品效率高，可靠性高等特點，具有短路保護，過功率保護等保護功能。

this product has the feature such as high efficiency and high reliability, and it also has the protection function such as short-circuit protection, over power protection.

2）電氣規格electrical specification

2.1 ac輸入ac input

2.1.1輸入電壓input voltage

表格1：列舉ac輸入電壓范圍，在此電壓范圍內，電源應正常工作并符合所有電氣性能要求。

table 1: lists the ac input operating voltage range. the power shall work normally and meet all electrical requirements throughout this range.

2.1.2輸入頻率input frequency

表格2：列舉ac輸入頻率范圍，在此頻率范圍內，電源應正常工作并符合所有電氣性能要求。

2.1.3沖擊電流inrush current

沖擊電流峰值在額定電壓輸入，冷啟動（25℃）時，不大于80a;且在任何負載和輸入條件下，不導致永久性損壞或危險，輸入電壓的定義見表格1.

peak inrush current shall be limited to 80a of rated input voltage and cold start at 25 degrees c, and shall not result in a permanent damage of the power supply under any conditions of load and input voltage as specified at any input voltage as specified in table 1.

2.1.4待機功耗standby input power

在額定電壓輸入情況下，待機功耗不大于0.5w。

the standby input power should no more than 0.5w under the rated input voltage condition.

2.1.5最大輸入電流input current limiting

在輸入電壓最小值，負載為滿載條件下，最大輸入電流不大于1.5a。

the input current should be less than1.5a, under minimum ac input and full load.

2.1.6效率efficiency

在額定輸入電壓，最大負載和額定負載條件下，電源的效率大于65%.

the power supply efficiency shall be greater than65% under rated input voltage. it will be measured at the typical load and maximum load.

2.2輸出規格output specification

2.2.1電壓調整率dc voltage regulation

在輸出端子量測的電壓需符合表格3中標示的調整范圍。

電壓調整的限值不包括2.2.4節中要求的dc負載瞬態變化。

the dc output voltages will remain within the regulation ranges shown in table 5 when measured ate the load end of the output connectors.

the voltage regulation limits do not include the transient dc load changes, which are covered in section 3.2.4.

2.2.3輸出紋波與噪聲output ripple and noise

下面表格5是紋波與噪聲要求，以2.2.2節中定義的負載范圍和2.1.1節定義的輸入電壓為測試條件，紋波與噪聲均應符合要求，測試時示波器設置為20mhz帶寬，輸出端并接一0.1uf瓷片電容和一10uf鉭電解電容（低esr值）。

the following table 5 is output ripple and noise requirements, it will be met throughout the load ranges specified in section 2.2.2 and under all input voltage conditions as specified section 2.1.1, measurements will be made with an oscilloscope set to 20mhz bandwidth limit. the outputs will be bypassed with one 0.1uf multilayer (type x7r) and one 10uf tantalum electrolytic (low esr) capacitors.

2.2.4輸出動態負載響應output dynamic load response

輸出電壓在下列表格6定義的負載變化時，符合規格要求，負載變化率為0.1amps/us, 50hz~10 khz之間。

the output voltages will remain within specified regulation limit of the nominal set voltage for changes in load as specified below under the following load steps defined below table 8. at a slew rate of 0.1amps/us between 50hz to 10 khz.

2.2.5電壓過沖overshoot at turn-on/ turn-off

開機或關機時，電壓過沖不得超過標稱值的10%.

any overshoot at turn on or turn off shall be less than 10% of rated output voltage.

2.3保護功能protection function

2.3.1過壓保護over voltage protection(na)

         電源過壓保護. the power supply will provide ovp function.

2.3.2短路保護short circuit protection

輸出的短路定義為其輸出阻抗小于0.1歐姆，在上述3.1節中定義的輸入條件下，電源將進行保護，保護過程中，不會出現諸如元器件、連接器等損壞危險。

an output short circuit is defined as any output impedance of less than 0.1 ohms. the power supply will protect without damage to overseers of to the unit (components, connectors, etc) under the input conditions specified in section 3.1 above.

2.3.3過流保護over current protection

電源過流點符合下表限值要求，而且過流保護無任何危險和損壞，在保護去除后，電源自動恢復.

the power supply shall meet the limitation requirement as below table without any damage, the unit shall recover and function automatically after the protection is removed.

2.4時序特性timing

2.4.1保持時間hold up time

滿載條件下，電源在100vac/47hz輸入時，保持時間不小于5ms；110/220vacc/50/60hz輸入時，保持時間不小于10ms。

hold-up time no less than 5ms at 100vac/47hz input and no less than 10ms at 110/220vac/50/60hz input, the output loading should be set up with full load during the test.

2.4.2啟動時間start up time

滿載條件下，電源在100vac/47hz輸入時，啟動時間不大于3秒；110/220vac/50/60hz輸入時，啟動時間不大于2秒。

start up time no more than 3 seconds at 100vac/47hz input and no more than 2 seconds at 110/220vac/50/60hz, the output loading should be set up with full load during the test.

3)環境要求environment requirement

3.1溫度temperature

  工作環境溫度:   0℃~ 40℃     operating ambient:  0℃~ 40℃

  貯存環境溫度:  -25℃~ +55℃    non-operating ambient:  -25℃~ +55℃

3.2濕度humidity

  工作時: 25%~90%相對濕度（非冷凝）operating:  25%~90% relative humidity (non- condensing)

  貯存時：10%~90%相對濕度（非冷凝）non-operating:  10%~90% relative humidity (non- condensing)

3.3海拔高度altitude

 工作時：2000米operating:  2000 meters

 貯存時：2000米  non-operating:  2000meters

4)可靠性reliability

4.1平均無故障間隔時間mtbf  (mil-hdbk-217f)

25℃環境溫度，滿載條件，額定電壓輸入條件，平均無故障間隔時間≥10k小時.

mtbf no less than 10k hours (25 degrees c, full load and rated voltage input)

4.2老化壽命測試burn-in and life test 

asuntech將與客戶評估并確認電源產品室內老化壽命測試過程。

asuntech shall discuss with customer to make sure the power in house burn-in and life test procedures.

5)產品安規要求product safety requirement

5.1標準standard

遵循iec60950-1（信息技術及類似電子設備安全要求）要求.

meet iec60950-1 (information technology and similar electric apparatus -safety requirement) standard requirement.

5.2接觸電流leakage current 

接觸電流不得超過0.25ma (220vac/50hz).

leakage current shall not exceed 0.25ma at 220vac/50hz.

5.3絕緣阻抗insulation resistance

初級對次級：≥50m歐姆，500vdc

-primary to secondary: 50 meg. ohms min. 500vdc

5.4絕緣強度dielectric strength testing 

絕緣強度滿足下表的要求，100%在線產品執行此項測試，并每一項目至少保持60s時間，無任何故障。

hi-pot test shall be met the table 8 requirements, an item listing this test as a 100% production test must be performed and be maintained at that level for a minimum of 3 seconds without failure.
