DISCONTINUED DEVICES
— these devices have been superceded by new
devices and are being discontinued. The TSL250, TSL251, and TSL252 have
been replaced by the TSL250R, TSL251R, and TSL252R, respectively.
Description
The TSL250, TSL251, and TSL252 are light-to-voltage optical sensors, each combining a photodiode and a
transimpedance amplifier (feedback resistor = 16 M
, 8 M
, and 2 M
respectively) on a single monolithic IC.
Output voltage is directly proportional to the light intensity (irradiance) on the photodiode. These devices use
a silicon-gate CMOS technology that provides improved amplifier offset-voltage stability and low power
consumption.
