Host may get bitstream information stored in DRAM by this command. When the command is issued,
a specific DRAM address should be placed in ARG0 and ARG1. W9925QF will respond by copy the
content of this specified address to ARG2 and inform host via CACK. The content of DRAM address
+1 and DRAM address + 2 are copied to ARG1 and ARG0 as well.

Important Notes for DCMR commands
Horizontal_Interpolation of VCR (VCR[5]) should be disabled in 9 frame mode and enabled in 4
frame mode.
In DIGEST mode, CLIP command will be issued automatically by W9925QF-K. HCW set to 352 and
VCW set to 240 for NTSC or 288 for PAL, which depend on the Display Target system.
VCW of Clip Command in Still Picture Decoding Mode
The programming method of Clip Command in W9925QF-K is same as its previous version except
that the VCW should be a value dividable by 5. Otherwise, customer may find the last line on screen
output is not correct.
8.3 Video Control Registers
The purpose of this modification of video register is to control the conversion of NTSC sources played on PAL
systems more easily. In previous versions, users need to issue commands to carry out the conversion. W9925QF-K
can automatically detect the bitstream type and do the necessary resize operations to fill the entire screen, depends
on what television system is being used.

Enables W9925QF-K to fill out display screen according to input bitstream format. When this bit is set
to "1", bit(2) in this register (NT2PAL) will be ignored. Setting AUTORS=0 will disable auto-resize
function.
TV-NTSC
Indicates which TV system is used. "1" for NTSC and "0" for PAL.
