This register contains the PCM value of the receive path. The PCM value comes from the
companding Log-PCM generated by the sync adjustment block of the decoder in CCITT test mode,
i.e. BR0 (b4:b3) is set to logic "0". Note that, this register is read-only. The combined BR11 (b7:b0)
and BR12 (b7:b2) value is the same as sending the D/A converter .
