pin and these two functions can be played at the same
time. When speech or melody is playing, the R

clock is enable, otherwise clock is disable for power saving. Either
speech synthesiaer or melody sound tone can be output to PWM1 and PWM2 and direct driving speaker. Speech coding
can select whether two LED output pin will be active. And LED1 can also use to active depended on melody output
