LBKF - Long Block Flag
If

is low, this bit becomes high when a sync pattern is not detected at 2352
bytes after last sync pattern was detected/inserted.
Bit 3:
WSHORT - Word Short
This bit becomes high when the incoming serial data rate is too high to be processed.
Bit 2:
SBKF - Short Block Flag
If
SDEN (0Bh.w6)
is low, this bit becomes high when a sync pattern is detected less than
2352 bytes after last sync pattern was detected/inserted.
