ROM Read Wait State Register is used to program the number of wait states needed to access
ROM. The cycle needed for writing the ROM is fixed.
Also, there are two base address registers provided for the DPI interface. The DPI interface always
use 16-bit access for memory access and 8-bit access for the registers. The base register must be
programmed with a value of 128K boundary
