Bit 1
This is a self-clear bit, ie. set this bit to 1, it will be clear to 0 automatically after 1
EXTCLK.
When this bit is set, The TX-FIFO pointer will be cleared to 0, the TX-FIFO is empty
immediately.

Reset RX-FIFO
This is a self-clear bit, ie. set this bit to 1, it will be clear to 0 automatically after 1
EXTCLK.
When this bit is set, The RX-FIFO pointer will be cleared to 0, the RX-FIFO is empty
immediately.

00 = RX-FIFO full
