TV Encoder Horizontal Test Width
An 8-bit value specifies the horizontal total for the TV scan line when the TV encoder
horizontal test is enabled (VPTCR_29 = 1). This register is not used during normal
operation.
TV Encoder Vertical Test Height
An 8-bit value specifies the vertical total for the TV screen when the TV encoder vertical
test is enabled (VPTCR_28 = 1). This register is not used during normal operation.
